1. The service

Super Game Promotions is a free-to-play online entertainment game. In-game rewards are virtual, exist only inside the game and have no monetary value.

2. Account and access

You sign in with a magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure and for all activity on your game account.

We may suspend accounts used in an abusive or fraudulent way or contrary to these Terms.

3. Virtual currency and items

Maple Gems, characters, items and boosters are virtual content licensed for use inside the game only. They have no monetary value, are non-refundable and cannot be transferred, sold or withdrawn.

4. Welcome offer, bonuses and promotions

The welcome offer is granted once per account. Bonuses and promotions may have their own rules and time limits, shown in the game, and may be changed or ended at any time.

5. Conduct

You may not use bots, exploit bugs, harass other players or attempt to access our systems without authorization.

6. Intellectual property

The site, the Super Game Promotions name, its characters and illustrations are protected by intellectual property rights. Names of third-party titles, sports and competitions are used for descriptive purposes only and belong to their respective owners.

7. Liability

The game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interruptions, loss of progress or indirect damages.
